CO-FOUNDER

As Co-Founder you will be responsible for setting up all operations, building the team, developing the business activities and gaining market leadership. You will receive a significant equity stake and a very competitve compensation plan.

HR AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT

You are building the next great team, while maintaing a healthy office environment among the team, and support Sr. Management managing the office. Act as an interface between the HR department and the Finance department

• earned your bachelor’s degree in business studies, law or psychology
• good knowledge of recruiting (senior) profiles
• excellent communication skills in German and in English as well as very good MS-Office skills

ENTREPRENEUR IN RESIDENCE

As an EIR, you will help the management testm to build our startup from scratch to market leadership, and implement functions such as online marketing, product development, supply management and operations. You will be responsible for your own projects and potentially own revenue streams / business units. You will gain inside perspectives into a startup, apply day-to-day management and build deep functional expertise.

HEAD OF SALES

As HoS you are building up the sales process and team in order to scale our business fast. This will include everything in the sales process from lead generation (inbound & outbound), setting up a cold-calling team, hiring and managing a sales force, as well as customer relationship management

• 2-8 year in a relevant B2B sales position in the healthcare industry
• proven track record
• managed and structured a sales organization before
• familiar with competitve incentivation plans
• expertise in setting up an outbound calling team and a mobile sales force
• experience with a (cloud-based) CRM tool

(JR. or SR.) SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

As a (Jr. or Sr.) Sales and Account Mangement Executive you are responsible to carry our brand image to our potential and existing customers. You will identify and manage potential strategic partners and work together with them on a benefitial partnership model.

• 1-4 years in a relevant B2B sales position, ideally in the healthcare industry
• proven track record
• outgoing and loves to communicate
• excellent verbal and written German skills

TELESALES AGENT

Are you a sales talent and love talking on the phone to customers?

• Acquisition of potential new customers up to the point of a successful deal
• Development and support of our existing contact
• Independent maintenance and optimization of our CRM-system
• Ideally you are very sales-oriented, structured and have a consequent style of working

(PART-TIME & INTERNSHIP POSITIONS)

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

GRAPHIC (or WEB) DESIGNER

• you will produce high quality creative material in different formats (banners, e-mails, landing pages) and languages, for our international marketing team, with great accuracy and deliverability
• ideally you have a passion for both designing online and offline marketing material
• you have experience in producing graphics designs for different creative materials
• you are an expert in some of the main graphic programs (such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, and Flash)

OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS

• you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our operations, including sourcing and supply-chain tasks
• beyond your operational skills, you are strong at structuring and in analytics
• you have basic knowledge about Operations and/or Supply Chain Management- processes and a quick learning ability
• you have a friendly, communicative personality with a high level of motivation

CONTENT MARKETING & PR

• you will help building up, creating and maintaining all the content on the website and in our offline media (e.g. brochures, mailings, advertisements, etc.)
• ideally you have gained first experience in the field of content marketing and PR
• you can’t deny your enthusiasm for the internet and its possibilities and you are more than familiar with social networks
• you can think outside the box and bring in fresh and creative ideas in your writings
